Shipment damage:

Before shipment we always inspect the equipment carefully and pack the equipment with the best possible protection to make sure that they reach you safe and undamaged.

If, however, the product is damaged when you receive it, we naturally offer a full refund including your expenses for the return shipment.

In case of damage please contact us as soon as you have seen the damage.

If the package shows obvious traces of transport damage, please open it in the presence of the postman, if possible. Alternatively you should refuse receipt of the package.


Right of withdrawal:

If, for some reason, you regret your purchase, we will give you a full refund, however, deduct our expenses for returning your payment or for sending you another product, provided of course that you have not unpacked and used the products in any way.

Please return the product in the original package.
